Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short, because we collect very little.

1. The short version
This site sets no tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. We cannot identify you from visiting the site. We only hold personal data if you buy the training or email us.
2. When you visit the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, collects aggregate data only, and does not track individuals or follow you across other websites. Because it does not store or access information on your device for tracking purposes, no consent banner is required.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs (including IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is necessary for the service to function and rests on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
3. When you buy
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's systems, not ours. We never see or store your card number.
From Stripe we receive your email address, name where provided, and the details of your purchase. We use this to give you access to the training, to provide support, and to keep records required by tax law. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, and legal obligation for the tax records.
Stripe is a separate data controller for the payment itself and has its own privacy policy.
4. When you email us
Email to our domain is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Both process your message in transit and at rest. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards.
5. Discord
The community runs on Discord. If you join, Discord processes your data under its own privacy policy and we can see your Discord username and anything you post there. Do not post information in the community that you would not want other members to see.
6. Who else processes your data
- Vercel — hosting, server logs and cookieless analytics
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — the mailbox that receives our email
- Discord — community access, if you choose to join
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
7. How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. Analytics data is aggregate and is not linked to you at any point.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have data erased, where we are not required to keep it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email hello@agentin30.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
