Refund Policy

1. Your 14-day cancellation right

Because you buy online, you normally have 14 days to cancel and get a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Digital content works differently, and it is important you know this before you buy.

2. Why immediate access changes things

This training is delivered immediately after payment. The law says that if you ask for digital content to be supplied straight away, and you acknowledge that doing so ends your cancellation right, then you lose the 14-day right once supply begins.

When you complete checkout you confirm that you accept our terms. Those terms contain your express request for the training to be supplied immediately, and your acknowledgement that this ends your 14-day cancellation right.

If you would rather keep your 14-day right, do not complete checkout. Email us instead and we will arrange for supply to be delayed until the cancellation period has passed.

3. Goodwill refunds

We do not currently advertise a goodwill refund beyond your legal rights. If something has gone wrong, contact us anyway — we would rather hear about it and put it right than have you stay unhappy.

4. If the training is faulty or not as described

These rights always apply, and nothing above affects them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If it is not, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible or takes too long, to a price reduction — which can be up to the full amount you paid.

In practice: if the recording does not play, if access does not arrive, or if the build does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

5. What is not a fault

A third-party platform used in the build changing its pricing, free-tier limits or interface is outside our control and is not a fault in the training. Where such a change makes the training inaccurate, we will update it where reasonably practicable.

6. How to ask

Email hello@agentin30.com with the email address you used to buy. No form, no hoops.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

7. Nothing here limits your statutory rights

If any part of this policy conflicts with your legal rights as a consumer, your legal rights take precedence.
