Terms of Sale

1. What you are buying

Agent in 30 is a recorded training session in which you follow a guided build and finish with a working AI agent. It is digital content. There is no physical product, no live tuition and no scheduled class.

Purchase includes:

• The complete 30-minute guided agent build
• Plain-English explanation of each step
• Access to the Agent in 30 Discord community

2. What is not promised

The training is designed so that a complete beginner can follow it and finish with a working agent. Thirty minutes is how long the build takes end to end; your own pace may differ depending on your setup and connection speed.

We do not promise that you will earn money, gain employment, become a professional engineer, or achieve any particular commercial outcome. No qualification, accreditation or certification is awarded.

3. Third-party tools

The build uses a third-party platform which you sign up for yourself. It is reachable on that platform's free tier at the time of writing. We do not control that platform: its pricing, free-tier limits, interface and availability may change, and it may stop being free. Where that happens we will update the training where reasonably practicable, but we cannot be responsible for another company's changes.

You are responsible for any costs you choose to incur on those platforms.

4. Price and payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before purchase and include VAT where applicable.

5. Access and delivery

Access is delivered immediately after successful payment, via the confirmation page shown by Stripe and the accompanying email. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will put it right.

6. Licence and acceptable use

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the training for your own learning. You may build agents for yourself, your employer or your clients using what you learn.

You may not:

• Share, resell, republish or redistribute the recording or its links
• Present the material as your own course or training product
• Post access links publicly

We may withdraw access without refund where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

7. Community conduct

The Discord community exists so people can get unstuck. Be civil. No harassment, spam, advertising or posting of others' private information. We may remove access to the community for conduct reasons; this does not affect your access to the training itself.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation rights, and how they interact with immediate access to digital content, are set out in full on our refund policy page.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the training available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, platforms and networks occasionally fail.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the training. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from how you use an agent you build. Agents act on instructions you give them; you are responsible for what you deploy and for reviewing their output.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you purchase, and changes do not apply retrospectively.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
